Before you book

Everything learners ask us — about lessons, the skid pan, money, and test day. Can't find your question? Just ask.

Getting started

The national average is around 45 hours of professional tuition, but it varies widely. Your first lesson doubles as an assessment, after which your instructor gives you an honest hours estimate in writing — and our fair-hours promise means unused hours are refunded if you're ready early.

Yes — you need a valid UK provisional licence before you can drive on public roads. You can apply from age 15 years 9 months on GOV.UK, and lessons can start at 17.

Both — tell us your preference when booking. Keep in mind an automatic-only licence doesn't let you drive a manual car later.

Lessons & courses

No — it's open to learners and full licence holders alike. An instructor rides with you throughout, so no prior skid-pan experience is needed.

20 hours of tuition compressed into 1–2 weeks, a mock test, hazard perception coaching, priority help booking your official DVSA test date, and use of the instructor's car on test day.

Yes, any time. We'd rather move you to an instructor you click with than have you push through a mismatch.

We operate in Croydon and across South London — Purley, Sutton, Carshalton, Morden, Mitcham, Thornton Heath, Streatham, Bromley and Wallington. Send us your postcode and we'll confirm coverage within a day.

Money & scheduling

Free rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a partial fee to cover the instructor's reserved slot.

Either. Pay-as-you-go after each lesson, or prepay a 10-lesson block to save £50. Intensive courses are 50% at booking, 50% on the first day. See the full rate card.

Test day

Yes. Intensive Pass learners get priority test-date support, and every learner gets help choosing a test centre and date that matches their readiness — not just the first slot available.

Yes — included free with the Intensive Pass course, and available for a small fee with other courses. The car you learned in is the car you test in.
